New Mexico Car Insurance Allstate Agent Melissa Sandoval

I have been with Allstate for 30+ years. I have had one claim against my homeowners policy, and one minor claim in the last 25 years on my auto policy. I feel I have been a loyal long term customer, but my rate goes up every year. Three years ago I did a search and found savings at every turn from $500 to $700, but I decided at the end of the day to stay with Allstate. Now I see ads every day telling the world move to Allstate to save up to $700 per year. I have been retired for 9 years on a fixed income. Is it time for me to change my insurance???

Good afternoon all. I have tried other insurance companies and with Allstate I have been pulled legally and with Allstate I have been completely satisfied with their services. Even there help with with my vintage car insurance have been absolutely spot on. The wonderful people in this office are easy to understand with what they can offer and very friendly, polite and professional. Im super Happy with my insurance.. After over 40 years with Allstate I was very happy, untill I moved to Santa Fe and Melissa became my agent. Leslie, at the front desk, was great and very friendly and knowledgeable. She was always abel to run interference with Melissa, and kept things on track. At some point, Melissas incompetence caught up with us, and I moved on. Not only is it nice to deal with a competent agent, I saved a bunch of money. I have no regrets changing companies.

I have dealt with Leslie for quite a long time now and she is unwaveringly kind and always helpful. It feels like dealing with an old friend anytime I call and I know whatever I called for will be taken care of...On the other side I was appalled by the small $ nominal amount the Allstate gave their policy holders and then that it was only for a few months( when other companies paid longer! ) after blanketing TV with ads of how they were helping out during the lockdown! Not in the agency's control but it made me consider dumping Allstate for another insurance company!
